Terry Hart, Chief Executive Officer, EMEA Telstra International
As Chief Executive Officer Terry leads Telstra International, Europe, Middle East and Africa in driving value for customers and shareholders alike.
Terry joined Telstra EMEA in 2007 and has considerable experience in senior general management and finance positions for a number of blue chip companies. Previous roles include UK Finance Director then UK Managing Director at Easynet where he managed the company through a period of high growth and transition. Prior to that he held senior finance positions at Williams Lea and Serco and he trained as a Chartered Accountant at BDO. Terry has also acted as Non-Executive Chairman of Direct Wonen plc.
Andrew Wildblood, Vice President for Enterprise and MNC Sales
Andrew Wildblood is Vice President for Enterprise and MNC Sales at Telstra International in Europe, Middle East and Africa,.
Andrew joined Telstra Corporation in 1999, when he was appointed to the role of Business Development Manager in his native UK. He then moved to Sydney with the company in 2001 where he took up various positions in sales management.
His most recent role in the Australian organisation was Group Manager, Strategic Sales. In this position, Andrew led a team which focused on vertical-specific industries, including banking and finance, property and business services, insurance and health.
Prior to his appointment at Telstra, Andrew worked at Kardex Systems in the UK, where he was responsible for selling storage solutions to financial services organisations.
Andrew holds a BA (Hons) degree in Geography from the University of Liverpool in the UK. Outside of work, he is passionate about playing cricket, football, golf and marathon running.
Murray Hankinson, Director - Corporate Development, Strategy and Global Marketing
As Director of Corporate Development, Strategy and Global Marketing for Telstra International worldwide, Murray’s responsibility is to drive profitable organic and transformational growth, and maintain our customer focused thought leadership in the ICT industry.
Murray has over 15 years of broad international telecoms and media experience in the UK, Australia, Asia and the United States. Leading teams in marketing, business development, corporate finance, investment management and strategy he has extensive experience gained from senior roles with Telstra International, Telstra Corporation, Consolidated Press Holdings and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Jim Kirkby, Director of Customer Operations
As Director of Customer Operations for Telstra International, Jims accountabilities include the delivery and support of services as well as overall customer service and customer satisfaction.
Jim has over 20 years of experience in both the IT and Telecommunications business. His previous accountabilities have included the management of Pre-Sales and technical teams as well as a significant amount of time running delivery and assure functions. He has worked for blue chip organizations such as Cable & Wireless as well as running the business operations for Pipex Business (now Vialtus) and Tiscali at Director level.
Adam Low, Director of Technical Operations
As Director of Technical Operations, Adam is responsible for the development and management of Telstra’s technical resources, overseeing its UK hosting centres, network infrastructure and in-house systems.
Adam has over 12 years experience in the telecoms industry, focusing on the design and implementation of global voice and data networks. Adam has worked for Holland-based UPC where he was responsible for the growth of their B2B networks and products under the brand Priority Telecom. During this time, Adam pioneered the use of SIP/VoIP technology, developing the first B2B VoIP trunking service using patented proprietary technology.
Mike Feely, Finance Director
As Finance Director, Mike leads our Finance and Commercial operations and the reporting elements of our company.
Mike joined Telstra in December 2007 and has over 10 years experience in the Telecommunications industry working with companies that experienced periods of high growth and investment. Previously Mike held senior finance roles with Easynet and Viatel focusing on the European market. Prior to this Mike trained as a Chartered accountant with BDO and was an Audit Manager for Price Waterhouse Coopers before joining a client to assist with the turnaround of a recent acquisition.
Matt Gould, General Counsel
Matt is responsible for all legal, personnel and corporate governance issues in Telstra Limited.
Matt is a solicitor with over 10 years’ experience in the telecoms industry, having worked both in private practice and in industry. Previous roles include European legal counsel for First Telecom. He has been a principal advisor to a number of alternative telecoms companies including MFS Communications and WorldCom.
