Q How can I request a login to the Telstra Hub?

A   To create a request for a login go to www.telstra.co.uk/hub  select “Register” from the menu on the left, complete your details and click ‘Register’. This will create a request. It would help if you had your Telstra Customer Account ID number to hand when you create your registration request.

Q How do I request usernames and passwords for my router?

Q Can I view my bills online?

A   Yes you can. To request your login to our MyBill portal, please email customerrelations@intl.telstra.com with your Account Number and a login will be sent to you.

Q I need to request a copy invoice or statement.

Q Can I pay by invoices by Direct Debit and how do I do this?

Q How can I arrange to cancel my Telstra service?

A   You must request the cancellation of your service in writing.
