Telstra’s Integrated Video service provides a fully-featured video conferencing solution using Telstra’s global IP Virtual Private Network (VPN) service. Available within the UK and globally, it offers a carrier grade solution that brings together all of the elements of voice, video and data, embedded onto one network link.

If your business has 3 or more ‘endpoints’ (rooms with a video conferencing set-up), Telstra’s Integrated Video is ideal for you. Fully scalable if you need to add endpoints.

2. Service features

  • Fixed fee, unlimited usage.
    There are no hidden charges or extra costs. You get unlimited usage for a fixed monthly subscription (based on the number of ‘endpoints’ you require and the countries in which they are located) for a minimum of 12 months.

    Telstra Integrated Video is fully compatible with any existing video conferencing equipment you may be running. So switching to us is simple and inexpensive. If you need new equipment we can put you in touch with a trusted hardware provider.

    Your Integrated Video will be provided over your Telstra IP Virtual Private Network (VPN). This means you’ll experience lower costs and higher quality than ISDN-based services.
  • Installation.
    Telstra manages the provisioning of the application; however, you must have a minimum of 768Kbps bandwidth to support the service. Our hardware partners recommend call speeds from 768Kbps to 2Mbs.
  • 24x7 monitoring and support.
    We monitor our network on a 24x7 basis.
  • 24x7 customer service.
    Telstra’s European Customer Service Centre (ECSC) can be contacted day or night via phone, email or through the Telstra Hub. In the interests of security, service requests are only accepted from nominated individuals.
